Return and refund policy

I. GENERAL REGULATIONS

In order to ensure consumer rights and improve the quality of after-sales service, Hastone will support customers to exchange new products of the same type if the product has problems that cannot be fixed immediately (due to manufacturer's fault). Products can only be exchanged when fully meeting the following conditions.

II. CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION

1. Products can only be exchanged within 1 day of customer's order

2. The product must still have the Hastone or manufacturer's seal intact.

3. The product is determined to have a technical error by Hastone or manufacturer's staff.

4. The returned product must have intact packaging, foam and all accompanying accessories, promotional gifts (if any), etc.

5. The returned product must not have any defects in appearance (scratches, breaks, dents, yellow stains, etc.)

6. The returned product must have all accompanying documents such as (purchase documents, VAT invoices, warranty cards, manuals, catalogues, etc.)

III. CASES WHERE RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

1. You want to change the type or model but do not notify in advance.

2. You do not use the product according to the instructions, causing damage to the product.

3. You have affected the external condition of the product such as torn packaging, scratches, cracks, breakage, etc.

4. The product has been checked and confirmed by you, but you then request to return the goods due to appearance defects (scratches, dents, yellow stains, breakage, etc.).

IV. PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING RETURN PROCEDURES

1. You contact Hastone directly. After receiving the Condition Confirmation with the content that the damaged goods cannot be repaired immediately, the exchange will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of Hastone and the manufacturer.

2. The procedure for processing the exchange or return of goods is carried out within 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving complete information and documents as prescribed by the customer.
